Retail Sales Analytics

This project analyzes retail sales data by aggregating key metrics (total sales, average basket size, peak transaction hours) and generating a monthly sales forecast. The processed data is exported (sales_metrics.csv) for further exploration in Tableau, where interactive dashboards display trends over time, regional performance, and product category comparisons.

Customer Segmentation

This project performs RFM analysis and applies K-means clustering to segment customers into distinct groups. The segmentation results are exported (customer_segments.csv) and integrated into Tableau dashboards featuring interactive pie charts and drill-downs to visualize customer clusters, enabling targeted marketing strategies and resource optimization.

Marketing Campaign Analysis

This analysis evaluates marketing campaign effectiveness by computing conversion rates, cost per conversion, and ROI. A logistic regression model is also built to predict campaign outcomes. The results (campaign_performance.csv) are shared with Tableau to create interactive dashboards that compare campaign ROI, track conversion funnels, and help optimize budget allocation.

Supply Chain Analytics

This project examines inventory data to calculate stock turns, stockout rates, and optimal reorder levels. Demand forecasting is performed using time series models. The resulting inventory metrics (inventory_analysis.csv) are exported to Tableau, where dashboards display stock level trends, supplier performance, and forecasted demand for informed supply chain decisions.
